Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

You may cancel a paid Boat Pro USA membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds

Membership fees are generally nonrefundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or when Boat Pro USA determines that a billing error occurred. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.

Digital products

Because digital guides and tutorials can be delivered immediately, standalone digital-product purchases are generally final after access or delivery, except where required by law or where the file is materially defective and cannot be replaced.

How to request help

Email Info@BoatProUSA.com with the account email, charge date, amount, and explanation. Do not send card numbers by email.
