These terms govern use of BoatProUSA.com, Boat Pro USA emails, guides, tutorials, and memberships.

Educational information

Content is general educational information and is not a substitute for manufacturer documentation, a qualified marine surveyor, certified technician, licensed electrician, legal advice, or professional judgment. Stop work and obtain professional help when safety, fuel, electrical, structural, navigation, or regulatory risks are involved.

Accounts and membership

You are responsible for accurate information and for maintaining the security of any access credentials or emailed access links. Member content is licensed for personal use and may not be redistributed, resold, scraped, or publicly reposted.

Payments

When paid membership is enabled, prices and billing frequency will be disclosed before purchase. Membership renews until canceled. Access continues through the end of the paid billing period after cancellation unless otherwise required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse forms, upload malicious material, impersonate others, or use content unlawfully.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Boat Pro USA disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the content or service.

Maryland law

These terms are governed by Maryland law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
